MLW Professional Services was founded in 2021 with the purpose of helping individuals and businesses achieve the professional goals and visions they set out to achieve.
My Story
Madalyn “Maddie” Worley is Licensed Master Social Worker with significant experience working directly with children and families, crisis management, school based social work, and community mental health. In addition, Maddie is a highly requested educator and presenter as well as a certified trainer in Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid and held a variety of positions within the non-profit sector where she developed skills in building impactful relationships with the community, coordinating fundraising efforts as well as identifying resources and strategies to increase brand awareness and create positive outcomes.
In 2021, stars aligned and created space for the formation of MLW Professional Services.
When I shifted my career path and began working within the freelancing space, I also made space to realign my boundaries as I had seen the toll and impact of not establishing a self care plan and healthy work/life balance. I also wanted to find an opportunity to maximize the impact I could make in my community and businesses and individuals who share in my passion to make change. When I chose social work or rather when social work chose me I made a commitment to always put my clients first and ensure I was doing everything I needed to make a positive impact in the communities I worked with. This is the same attitude and passion I bring to every project and client I work with.
